Every DOT ships in about 2 weeks, then arrives 1–2 weeks via DHL — roughly 3–4 weeks total. Each unit is calibrated and quality-tested before dispatch, which is what lets us hold our precision and 5-year warranty standards.
DOT is backed by a 5-year warranty on the frame, motor and recline mechanism against manufacturing defects. The recline mechanism is cycle-tested 10,000× before it ships.
